Hello people, Yes I'm back from Scotland, 10 days was long enough and I got the job done, it was an easy job gone wrong, with the office being at fault (again) but we still managed to do a good job. I was working at R.A.F Kinloss which really is in the middle of nowhere and the security is absolutely mental. I had to take my passport to get a pass, I had to be escorted on and off and around the premises and I had to keep my pass with me at ALL times.
Sunday was pretty scary as we were working next to the armory (where they keep all the guns and ammo) and our drilling set off a trembler alarm in there. We didn't know the alarm had been activated but when I went outside to the van I had about 6 people with rifles pointed at me wanting to know what I was doing, "going for a cup of tea in that van" was my feeble reply. I didn't know the seriousness of this alarm being activated until later, hence the guns and a complete airbase lock down, all passes had to be shown and apporoved no one to enter or leave the site for almost 4 hours. Scary shit, I could have been shot!!!
Our digs were really good £20 a night with a huge fuck off evening meal that was top notch. I wouldn't have expected a better meal at a restaurant thats how good it was !(thursday night was steak!!!). the drive up to R.A.F Kinloss was 8 hours and the return drive was (surprise surprise) 8 hours, although I was expecing the return journey to take longer because we had about 18 inches of snow, I like snow, don't get me wrong it's cool, but when you are driving over crappy winding roads that are full of ice and snow then I fucking hate it. Nay mind we got home safely.

Thanks for not telling Lee I sent you a valentines card (you ask me to send one though). Stacey, for the millions of people who read this blog and don't know her is Lee's (extrememly attractive) little sister and is also living in Australia (seems to be a pattern emerging with my friends and the other side of the world, you all hate me!!!), so let me introduce you all properly:

There, now thats all done. so whats next. Well I have today off work, ( I deserve it) I'm going to Liverpool tomorrow to do a little job there then I have the whole weekend to do nowt! then on monday I think I am starting a job in Preston (woo, fucking, hoo) I hope everyone is well and keeping their cool and being happy. I will hopefully have more to write soon, possibly the weekend, I don't know. so take care boys and girls. chat soon
